Orders placed before 12:00pm (Sydney Time) are shipped the same day Monday-Friday. For US customers, this cut-off is approximately the evening before:
Los Angeles: before 7pm
New York: before 10pm

Please note, if the Sydney cut-off falls on a weekend or public holiday in Australia, your order will be dispatched the next business day.
